Chúng tôi cam kết bảo vệ quyền riêng tư và dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn. Vui lòng đọc kỹ chính sách này để hiểu cách chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ thông tin của bạn.

1. Thông Tin Chúng Tôi Thu Thập

1.1. Thông Tin Tài Khoản

  • Email: Để tạo và quản lý tài khoản của bạn
  • Mật khẩu: Được mã hóa và lưu trữ an toàn bằng Firebase Authentication

1.2. Dữ Liệu Sử Dụng

  • Lịch sử tạo ảnh và số lượt sử dụng (chỉ metadata, không bao gồm ảnh)
  • Templates đã sử dụng
  • Thời gian và ngày sử dụng ứng dụng

1.3. Hình Ảnh và Dữ Liệu Khuôn Mặt

  • Ảnh gốc chứa khuôn mặt: Ảnh bạn tải lên để tạo AI avatar (face swap)
  • Ảnh đã tạo: Ảnh được tạo bởi AI có chứa khuôn mặt của bạn
  • 🔒 Lưu trữ: Tất cả ảnh được lưu trữ cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn (không lưu trên server)
  • 🗑️ Xóa dữ liệu: Khi bạn xóa ứng dụng, tất cả ảnh sẽ bị xóa vĩnh viễn
  • ⚡ Lưu ý quan trọng: Chúng tôi KHÔNG upload hoặc lưu trữ ảnh của bạn trên Firebase Storage hay bất kỳ server nào

2. Cách Chúng Tôi Sử Dụng Dữ Liệu Khuôn Mặt

Dữ liệu khuôn mặt được sử dụng DUY NHẤT cho các mục đích sau:

  • ✅ Phân tích đặc điểm khuôn mặt từ ảnh bạn upload để tạo AI avatar
  • ✅ Tạo ảnh mới bằng cách hoán đổi khuôn mặt vào các template nghệ thuật (face swap)
  • ✅ Lưu kết quả trên thiết bị của bạn để bạn có thể xem lại và tải xuống

🚫 Chúng tôi KHÔNG sử dụng dữ liệu khuôn mặt để:

  • ❌ Nhận dạng danh tính hoặc theo dõi cá nhân
  • ❌ Huấn luyện mô hình AI của riêng chúng tôi
  • ❌ Mục đích marketing hoặc quảng cáo
  • ❌ Chia sẻ hoặc bán cho bên thứ ba

2.1. Quá Trình Xử Lý Kỹ Thuật

Khi bạn tạo ảnh AI, ảnh của bạn được xử lý như sau:

  1. 📱 Ảnh được chuyển đổi sang định dạng base64 tạm thời trên thiết bị
  2. ☁️ Gửi đến Google Cloud Functions (backend của chúng tôi) để bảo mật API key
  3. 🤖 Google Gemini AI xử lý ảnh và tạo kết quả (xử lý tạm thời, không lưu trữ)
  4. 📥 Kết quả được trả về và lưu trên thiết bị của bạn
  5. 🗑️ Dữ liệu trên Cloud Functions bị xóa ngay sau khi xử lý xong

3. Chia Sẻ Dữ Liệu Khuôn Mặt

🔒 Chúng tôi KHÔNG bán, chia sẻ, hoặc lưu trữ dữ liệu khuôn mặt của bạn trên server.

3.1. Xử Lý Tạm Thời với Google

Dữ liệu khuôn mặt chỉ được chia sẻ trong trường hợp sau:

  • ☁️ Google Cloud Functions + Gemini AI: Để xử lý và tạo ảnh
    • Xử lý: Tạm thời trong RAM (vài giây)
    • Lưu trữ: KHÔNG - dữ liệu bị xóa ngay sau khi xử lý
    • Vị trí: Google Cloud servers (US/Asia regions)

3.2. KHÔNG Chia Sẻ Với Bên Thứ Ba Khác

Chúng tôi KHÔNG chia sẻ dữ liệu khuôn mặt với:

  • ❌ Công ty quảng cáo
  • ❌ Dịch vụ phân tích bên thứ ba
  • ❌ Mạng xã hội
  • ❌ Bất kỳ bên nào khác ngoài Google (để xử lý AI)

⚖️ Ngoại lệ: Chúng tôi có thể tiết lộ thông tin khi có yêu cầu pháp lý từ cơ quan có thẩm quyền.

4. Bảo Mật Dữ Liệu

Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp bảo mật tiêu chuẩn công nghiệp:

  • 🔐 Mã hóa dữ liệu trong quá trình truyền tải (HTTPS/TLS)
  • 🔐 Mã hóa mật khẩu bằng Firebase Authentication
  • 🔐 Firestore Security Rules để kiểm soát quyền truy cập
  • 🔐 Lưu trữ an toàn trên Firebase Cloud Storage

5. Quyền Của Bạn

Bạn có toàn quyền:

  • ✅ Xem và chỉnh sửa thông tin tài khoản
  • ✅ Xóa ảnh đã tạo bất cứ lúc nào
  • ✅ Xuất dữ liệu cá nhân (Data Export)
  • ✅ Xóa tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu liên quan
  • ✅ Từ chối nhận thông báo marketing (nếu có)

6. Thời Gian Lưu Trữ Dữ Liệu Khuôn Mặt

6.1. Trên Cloud Functions (Google)

  • ⚡ Thời gian xử lý: Vài giây đến vài phút (tùy độ phức tạp)
  • 🗑️ Retention: 0 giây - xóa ngay sau khi trả kết quả về
  • 💾 Lưu trữ vĩnh viễn: KHÔNG - chỉ xử lý tạm thời trong RAM

6.2. Trên Thiết Bị Của Bạn

  • 📱 Ảnh gốc: Lưu cục bộ cho đến khi bạn xóa ảnh hoặc xóa app
  • 🎨 Ảnh đã tạo: Lưu cục bộ cho đến khi bạn xóa ảnh hoặc xóa app
  • 🗂️ Metadata (lịch sử): Lưu trong SQLite database local
  • 🔥 Xóa app = Xóa tất cả: Tất cả ảnh và dữ liệu bị xóa vĩnh viễn

6.3. Dữ Liệu Khác

  • Dữ liệu tài khoản (email): Lưu trữ cho đến khi bạn xóa tài khoản
  • Logs hệ thống: Không lưu trữ logs chứa dữ liệu khuôn mặt

7. Dịch Vụ Bên Thứ Ba Xử Lý Dữ Liệu Khuôn Mặt

Ứng dụng sử dụng các dịch vụ sau để xử lý dữ liệu khuôn mặt:

7.1. Google Cloud Platform

  • 🔐 Firebase Authentication: Quản lý tài khoản (email/password) - KHÔNG xử lý ảnh
  • ☁️ Google Cloud Functions: Backend để bảo mật API key - xử lý tạm thời, không lưu trữ
  • 🤖 Google Gemini AI (Imagen 3): Tạo ảnh AI từ dữ liệu khuôn mặt - xử lý tạm thời, không lưu trữ
  • 🗄️ Firebase Storage: Chỉ lưu template images (do admin upload) - KHÔNG lưu ảnh của user
  • 📋 Chính sách: Google Privacy Policy

7.2. Expo (React Native Framework)

  • Expo: Framework phát triển ứng dụng - KHÔNG xử lý hoặc lưu trữ dữ liệu khuôn mặt
  • 📋 Chính sách: Expo Privacy Policy

⚠️ Lưu ý: Chúng tôi chỉ sử dụng Google Cloud để XỬ LÝ ảnh, KHÔNG để LƯU TRỮ. Tất cả ảnh của bạn được lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị.

8. Trẻ Em

Ứng dụng này không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin từ trẻ em. Nếu phát hiện, chúng tôi sẽ xóa ngay lập tức.

9. Thay Đổi Chính Sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này theo thời gian. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo qua:

  • Thông báo trong ứng dụng
  • Email đăng ký (nếu có)
  • Cập nhật ngày "Cập nhật lần cuối" ở đầu trang

1. Information We Collect

1.1. Account Information

  • Email: To create and manage your account
  • Password: Encrypted and securely stored using Firebase Authentication

1.2. Usage Data

  • Image generation history and usage count (metadata only, no images)
  • Templates used
  • Time and date of app usage

1.3. Images and Face Data

  • Original photos containing faces: Photos you upload to create AI avatars (face swap)
  • Generated images: Images created by AI containing your face
  • 🔒 Storage: All images are stored locally on your device (not on servers)
  • 🗑️ Data deletion: When you delete the app, all images are permanently deleted
  • ⚡ Important note: We do NOT upload or store your images on Firebase Storage or any server

2. How We Use Face Data

Face data is used EXCLUSIVELY for the following purposes:

  • ✅ Analyze facial features from photos you upload to create AI avatars
  • ✅ Create new images by swapping your face into artistic templates (face swap)
  • ✅ Save results on your device for viewing and downloading

🚫 We do NOT use face data for:

  • ❌ Facial recognition or identity tracking
  • ❌ Training our own AI models
  • ❌ Marketing or advertising purposes
  • ❌ Sharing or selling to third parties

2.1. Technical Processing Flow

When you create AI images, your photos are processed as follows:

  1. 📱 Images are converted to base64 format temporarily on device
  2. ☁️ Sent to Google Cloud Functions (our backend) for API key security
  3. 🤖 Google Gemini AI processes and generates results (temporary processing, no storage)
  4. 📥 Results are returned and saved on your device
  5. 🗑️ Data on Cloud Functions is deleted immediately after processing

3. Face Data Sharing

🔒 We do NOT sell, share, or store your face data on servers.

3.1. Temporary Processing with Google

Face data is only shared in the following case:

  • ☁️ Google Cloud Functions + Gemini AI: For processing and generating images
    • Processing: Temporary in RAM (few seconds)
    • Storage: NO - data is deleted immediately after processing
    • Location: Google Cloud servers (US/Asia regions)

3.2. NO Sharing With Other Third Parties

We do NOT share face data with:

  • ❌ Advertising companies
  • ❌ Third-party analytics services
  • ❌ Social media platforms
  • ❌ Any other parties besides Google (for AI processing)

⚖️ Exception: We may disclose information when legally required by authorities.

4. Data Security

We apply industry-standard security measures:

  • 🔐 Data encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • 🔐 Password encryption with Firebase Authentication
  • 🔐 Firestore Security Rules for access control
  • 🔐 Secure storage on Firebase Cloud Storage

5. Your Rights

You have full rights to:

  • ✅ View and edit account information
  • ✅ Delete generated images at any time
  • ✅ Export personal data (Data Export)
  • ✅ Delete account and all related data
  • ✅ Opt-out of marketing notifications (if any)

6. Face Data Retention Period

6.1. On Cloud Functions (Google)

  • ⚡ Processing time: Few seconds to few minutes (depends on complexity)
  • 🗑️ Retention: 0 seconds - deleted immediately after returning results
  • 💾 Permanent storage: NO - only temporary processing in RAM

6.2. On Your Device

  • 📱 Original photos: Stored locally until you delete images or delete app
  • 🎨 Generated images: Stored locally until you delete images or delete app
  • 🗂️ Metadata (history): Stored in local SQLite database
  • 🔥 Delete app = Delete all: All images and data are permanently deleted

6.3. Other Data

  • Account data (email): Stored until you delete your account
  • System logs: Do not store logs containing face data

7. Third-Party Services Processing Face Data

The app uses the following services to process face data:

7.1. Google Cloud Platform

  • 🔐 Firebase Authentication: Account management (email/password) - Does NOT process images
  • ☁️ Google Cloud Functions: Backend for API key security - temporary processing, no storage
  • 🤖 Google Gemini AI (Imagen 3): AI image generation from face data - temporary processing, no storage

7.2. Expo (React Native Framework)

  • Expo: App development framework - Does NOT process or store face data
  • 📋 Privacy Policy: Expo Privacy Policy

⚠️ Note: We only use Google Cloud to PROCESS images, NOT to STORE them. All your images are stored locally on your device.

8. Children

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If discovered, we will delete it immediately.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this policy over time. Important changes will be notified via:

  • In-app notifications
  • Registered email (if any)
  • Updated "Last Updated" date at the top
